• Our mission is to building capacity to provide integrated care for individuals who experience concurrent disorders (mental health and addiction issues simultaneously) across St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton (SJHH) and the surrounding community.

• Our vision is to lead the delivery of integrated high quality, holistic and evidence-based person-centered care for individuals experiencing concurrent disorders and their families towards improving the person’s quality of life, as defined by the individual.

• Building Concurrent Disorders capacity through educational initiatives, which are available to all community members. In addition, we work with SJHH clinical staff to develop structured and specific interventions that aim to support staff in the treatment of individuals with concurrent disorders.
